In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not cancelled, the amount corresponding to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child under 3 years FREE, second child under 3 years fee 65 zł/night,
• children aged 3-6 charge for extra bed 319 zł/night,
• children aged 6-12 charge for extra bed 349 zł/night,
• children aged 12-18 and adults charge for extra bed 499 zł/night​​.

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered a 4-year-old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered a 6-year-old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered a 12-year-old.

Note: In a Classic room, only one extra bed/travel crib is possible.

• the non-utilization of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
• in case of unavailability of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a price of 115 PLN /per day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
