In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/day,
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 319 PLN/day,
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 349 PLN/day,
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed fee 499 PLN/day​​.

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered 12 years old.

Note: in the Classic room type only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• unused elements included in the package do not reduce its value,
• parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  for the remote control in the amount of 100 PLN is required (payable in cash at check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices as well as the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN / day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
