If you wish to cancel booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the scheduled treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old charge 55 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charge 319 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charge 349 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed charge 499 PLN/night​​.

A child who has completed their 3rd year of life is considered as 4 years old, a child who has completed their 5th year of life is considered as 6 years old, a child who has completed their 11th year of life is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in Classic type rooms, only one extra bed/cot is possible

• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the programme and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of no availability in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the rest of the facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of bringing a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
