If you wish to cancel your booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equal to the price of the booked treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation cost.

• one child under 3 years FREE, second child under 3 years fee 65 zł/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee 189 zł/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee 219 zł/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed fee 269 zł/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults extra bed fee 269 zł/night (accommodation, breakfast)

note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in the Classic room

• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its value,

• if there are no rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connection to the other facilities in the complex,
