In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be charged in addition to the accommodation price.

Child policy:

• one child under 3 years FREE, second child under 3 years charge 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charge 189 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charge 219 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed charge 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults extra bed charge 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)

note: only one extra bed/portable cot is allowed in Classic rooms

• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations,
  resulting from the reservation and contract to a third party without the prior consent of the Hotel,
• failure to use any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of no rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet at the price of 115 PLN /night,
• offer for individual Guests.
