If you need to cancel reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

Child policy:

• one child under 3 years old FREE, second child under 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed payable 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed payable 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed payable 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults extra bed payable 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

note: only one extra bed/travel crib is possible in the Classic room

• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations,
  resulting from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent from the Hotel,
• non-utilization of any element included in the package does not result in a decrease in its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in case of unavailability of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
