In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the reserved treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

Children policy:

  • one child up to 3 years free, second child up to 3 years fee 65 PLN/night
  • children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • children aged 12-18 years extra bed fee 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
  • adults extra bed fee 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in a Classic room

Good to know
  • in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
  • parking for hotel guests is free. When using entry gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
    for the remote control in the amount of 100 PLN is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
  • the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations,
    resulting from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
  • non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
  • The Hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
  • if there are no rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
  • possibility of arrival with a small pet at the price of 115 PLN / day,
  • offer for individual Guests.

Cancellation conditions
To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up at the arrival date no refunds will be made.
Child policy
One child under 3 years of age FREE, second child under 3 years of age charged 55 PLN/day. A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. The amount of the child fee depends on the chosen offer of stay.
Animal policy
Possibility to come with a small pet - 115 PLN/day. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
Parking - information
Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.
