In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equal to the price of the booked treatment/treatments will be added to the cost of the stay.

Child policy:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed fee 189 PLN/night (overnight, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed fee 219 PLN/night (overnight, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed fee 269 PLN/night (overnight, breakfast)
• adults extra bed fee 269 PLN/night (overnight, breakfast)

note: in Classic type rooms, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• in the case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer their rights and obligations,
