In case of cancellation of the reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equal to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child under 3 years FREE, second child under 3 years charge 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed charge 259 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed charge 279 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed charge 399 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of life is considered a 4-year-old, a child who has completed 5 years of life is considered a 6-year-old, a child who has completed 11 years of life is considered a 12-year-old.

Note: in the Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• not utilizing any element included in the package does not decrease its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, modify the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operational hours of attractions,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connector to the remaining facilities in the complex,
• possibility of arriving with a small pet for the price of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
