In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

POLICY ON CHILDREN:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE OF CHARGE, a second child up to 3 years old charge of 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed chargeable 299 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed chargeable 329 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed chargeable 399 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered as 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered as 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in the Classic room type only one extra bed/baby cot is possible

• In the case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• Failure to use any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
• In the absence of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• The possibility of arriving with a small pet at a price of 115 PLN /night,
• The person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
