If you wish to cancel your reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment/s will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child under 3 years FREE, second child under 3 years fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee 279 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee 299 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 and adults extra bed fee 389 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has turned 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has turned 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has turned 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old.

Note: in the Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible.

• the non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices, the program, and attractions at the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of bringing a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
