We invite you to a unique, five-day trip that combines yoga and pilates practice with regeneration in a natural environment. Hotel Czarny Potok Resort Spa & Conference, located in the picturesque Krynica-Zdrój, is a space where the sound of a mountain stream, fresh air, and an extensive SPA area contribute to relaxation and regaining balance.

The package program includes: daily yoga and pilates practice, meditation and pranayama sessions, yoga nidra, and relaxation accompanied by therapeutic instruments. This is a harmonious combination of movement, breath, and deep rest.

This will be a time just for you — to listen to your body’s needs, calm your mind, and regain inner balance.

Classes led by:

  • Wiktoria Rogala – yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, meditation and aromatherapy enthusiast
  • Aleksandra Marszałek – certified pilates instructor specializing in body work and movement awareness

Guests will also enjoy delicious food, time in the hotel SPA, and a rich offer of attractions included in the stay price. This is the perfect moment to recharge your energy and enter summer fully balanced.

The workshop program is planned to ensure balance between practice and rest — without hurry, in the atmosphere of harmony and mindfulness.

Classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners. Practice is led with mindfulness and adapted to individual participants' abilities. If you have your own mat, please bring it with you.

In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

Good to know
  • in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
  • parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
    of 100 PLN for the remote control is charged (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
  • the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations
    resulting from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
  • non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
  • the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
  • in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connection to the other facilities in the complex,
  • possibility of arrival with a small pet at the price of 115 PLN/night,

A deposit of 50% of the booking value via the online payment system is required to set up the booking at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the prepayment will be lost. The remaining amount, i.e. 50% of the reservation value, should be paid no later than 3 days before arrival to the account number of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. Czarny Potok Resort Spa & Conference 17 1020 1026 0000 1002 0199 3781 - indicate the reservation number in the title. If there are no rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in the building without a connecting link to the other buildings in the hotel.
Child policy
One child under 3 years of age FREE, second child under 3 years of age charged 55 PLN/day. A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. The amount of the child fee depends on the chosen offer of stay.
Animal policy
