Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagana jest wpłata zadatku w wysokości 30% wartości pobytu z góry za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online.
W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po jej założeniu i opłaceniu lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu wpłacony zadatek przepada i nie jest zwracany.
Pozostałe 70% wartości rezerwacji należy uiścić w Hotelu przy zameldowaniu.
Rezerwacja jest bezzwrotna - wpłacone kwoty nie podlegają zwrotowi.

A child who is over 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who is over 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who is over 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old.
