In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment/treatments will be added to the price of the stay.

• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in the case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arrival with a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
