In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee 289 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 and adults extra bed fee 399 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered to be 12 years old.

Note: in the Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• child who has completed 3 years of life is considered 4 years old, child who has completed 5 years of life is considered 6 years old, child who has completed 11 years of life is considered 12 years old,
• in a Classic room, only one extra bed/crib is possible,
• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• the non-use of any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change programs and attractions in the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
• in the event of a lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility of bringing a small pet for the price of 115 PLN /per night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the agreement to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
