In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the equivalent amount of the booked treatment(s) will be added to the cost of the stay.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child under 3 years old FREE, the second child under 3 years old is charged 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 309 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 329 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults extra bed charged 399 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed the 3rd year of life is considered a 4-year-old, a child who has completed the 5th year of life is considered a 6-year-old, a child who has completed the 11th year of life is considered a 12-year-old. 

Note: in the Classic room, only one extra bed/crib is possible

• Non-utilization of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to modify the program and attractions at the hotel,
• In the event of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will occur in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• Possibility of bringing a small pet for a fee of 115 zł /day,
• The person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
