If you wish to cancel your reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation cost.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years FREE,  the second child up to 3 years a fee of 65 zł/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed payable 189 zł/night 
• children aged 6-12 extra bed payable 219 zł/night 
• children aged 12-18 and adults extra bed payable 289 zł/night 

A child who has turned 3 years old is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has turned 5 years old is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has turned 11 years old is considered to be 12 years old. 

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in the Classic room

• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• the non-use of any element included in the package does not result in a reduction of its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operational hours of attractions,
• in case of no available rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
