In case of cancellation of the booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee of 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee of 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee of 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed fee of 269 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)

A child who has completed 3 years of life is considered a 4-year-old, a child who has completed 5 years of life is considered a 6-year-old, a child who has completed 11 years of life is considered a 12-year-old.

Note: in a Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• in the case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• the non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the hours of operation of attractions,
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /per day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
