In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILDREN POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night,
• children aged 3-6 extra bed fee 359 PLN/night,
• children aged 6-12 extra bed fee 419 PLN/night,
• children aged 12-18 extra bed fee 459 PLN/night,
  in case of booking a stay with a child aged 12-17 please contact the Reservations Department at 18 530 30 01, in case of staying with three or more children please call the Reservations Department at 18 530 30 01,
• adults extra bed fee 509 PLN/night.

A child who has turned 3 years old is considered as 4 years old, a child who has turned 5 years old is considered as 6 years old, a child who has turned 11 years old is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in a Classic room only one extra bed/crib is possible
