If you cancel your reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment/treatments will be added to the room rate.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old stays for FREE, second child up to 3 years old is charged 65 PLN per day,
• children aged 3-6 years old incur an additional fee of 319 PLN per day,
• children aged 6-12 years old incur an additional fee of 339 PLN per day,
• children aged 12-18 years old and adults incur an additional fee of 419 PLN per day.

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered to be 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in a Classic room.

• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector with other objects in the complex,
• possibility of arrival with a small pet for 115 zł /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
