In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the accommodation price.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child under 3 stays FREE, a second child under 3 is charged 65 PLN/day,
• children aged 3-6 are charged for an extra bed 289 PLN/day,
• children aged 6-12 are charged for an extra bed 309 PLN/day,
• children aged 12-18 and adults are charged for an extra bed 389 PLN/day​​

A child who has completed their 3rd year of life is considered a 4-year-old, a child who has completed their 5th year of life is considered a 6-year-old, a child who has completed their 11th year of life is considered a 12-year-old.

Note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in the Classic room

• the non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions at the hotel,
• in the event of a lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of bringing a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the Hotel,
• the offer is dedicated to individual Guests.
