In case of cancellation of reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment/treatments will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years additional bed fee 289 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years additional bed fee 309 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years and adults additional bed fee 419 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has reached the age of 3 is considered as 4 years old, a child who has reached the age of 5 is considered as 6 years old, a child who has reached the age of 11 is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in a Classic room only one extra bed/portable cot is possible

• in case of stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at tel. 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  for the remote control of 100 PLN is required (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) – the deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, as well as to exclude or change the opening hours of attractions,
• in case of lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building not connected to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to arrive with a small pet at a price of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual Guests.
