In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equal to the price of the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the stay charges.

CHILD POLICY:

• one child under 3 years old FREE, second child under 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 additional charge 299 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 additional charge 329 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 additional charge 429 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years of age is considered to be 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years of age is considered to be 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years of age is considered to be 12 years old. 

Note: In a Classic room, only one extra bed/travel cot is possible

• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The hotel reserves the right to change prices, modify the program and attractions at the hotel, and to exclude or change the operating hours of attractions,
• in the absence of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex,
• the possibility of bringing a small pet at the price of 115 PLN /day,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent from the Hotel,
