In case of cancellation of booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

CHILDREN STAY POLICY:

• one child up to 3 years FREE, second child up to 3 years fee 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years extra bed charged 307 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 years extra bed charged 328 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, soup, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 years extra bed charged 457 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed 3 years is considered 4 years old, a child who has completed 5 years is considered 6 years old, a child who has completed 11 years is considered 12 years old.

Note: only one extra bed/portable cot is possible in the Classic room

• a child who has reached 3 years of age is considered 4 years old, a child who has reached 5 years of age is considered 6 years old, a child who has reached 11 years of age is considered 12 years old,
• only one extra bed/portable cot is allowed in a Classic room,
• for stays with three or more children, please contact the Reservations Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• parking for hotel guests is free of charge. When using entrance gates 1-3, a refundable deposit
  of 100 PLN for the remote control (payable in cash upon check-in at the Reception) is required – this deposit does not apply to the main gate,
• non-use of any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• the Hotel reserves the right to change prices, modify the program and attractions at the Hotel, and to disable or change the operating hours of attractions,
• if rooms are not available in the main building, accommodation will be provided in a building without a connecting corridor to the other facilities in the complex,
• possibility to bring a small pet for a fee of 115 PLN / day - please contact the Reservations Department in advance at phone numbers 18 530 30 01 or 18 530 30 00,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and contract to a third party without prior consent of the Hotel,
• offer dedicated to individual guests.
