If you wish to cancel your booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the scheduled treatment(s) will be added to the stay price.

Children policy:

• one child up to 3 years old stays for FREE, the second child up to 3 years old will be charged 65 PLN/day
• children aged 3-6 years old - an extra bed costs 189 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 years old - an extra bed costs 219 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 years old - an extra bed costs 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)
• adults - an extra bed costs 269 PLN/day (accommodation, breakfast)

Note: in Classic room type, only one extra bed/baby cot is possible

• in case of staying with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the Hotel,
• not using any element included in the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel and to disable or change the operating hours of the attractions,
• in case of a lack of rooms in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector with other facilities in the complex,
