• ONLY WITH US! all-day Kids Club (for children from 3 years old), open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with professional care from animators at no additional charge.
  Kids have fun in the ball pit while adults have time for themselves!

• animations and activities for children in the Kids Club and the extensive grounds of the hotel according to the hotel's schedule

• excellent treatments in hotel’s Mountain SPA*,
• hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments => see more,
• bicycle rental (including electric) and helmets - for adults and children,
  
• simulators, air hockey, pinball machines and much more (for a fee with coins).

In case of canceling booked treatments, please inform the SPA Reception at least three hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the appointment is not canceled, the amount equivalent to the booked treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

Children Policy:

• one child up to 3 years old FREE, the second child up to 3 years old fee 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed paid 189 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed paid 219 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed paid 269 PLN/night ​(accommodation, breakfast)
• adults extra bed paid 269 PLN/night ​(accommodation, breakfast)

note: only one extra bed/travel cot is possible in the Classic room

Important to know:

• in case of a stay with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department at tel. 18 530 30 01
• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value.
• the hotel reserves the right to change prices and to change the program and attractions in the hotel
• in case of no rooms available in the main building, accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the other facilities in the complex
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet at a cost of 115 PLN /day
